‘Scythe’ by Neal Shusterman

I’ve never read anything by Shusterman before, I watched a review/vlog by Katytastic and it was very much a gush about this book. I had to get it!

Also the Goodreads rating? 4.35 with over 100,000 reviews. I couldn’t wait to read it.

This book…. this book singlehandedly lifted me from my reading slump. WOW.

Scythe had me gripped the entire time. The premise of this book, how it’s executed, the relationships and rivalry. Wow.

The spins just kept coming. An absolute thrilling read, from beginning to end. I thoroughly enjoyed.

It’s also amazing to see the book in colour, the significance of the front page kind of gives you a taste of what’s to come. The red cloak signifies the agent of death, heavy is the head and alla that… right?

Another 5/5 book, they just keep coming!
